KELLY WALSH - Ruth (Bray, Co. Wicklow) – September 5, 2026, in her 99th year. Journalist (RTÉ and Irish Press), style icon, animal rescuer, gardener, charity worker, beloved wife of the late Dick Walsh (The Irish Times), much loved mother of Francesca and Suzie, adoring grandmother of Millie and Sara, and mother-in-law of Jonathan. Deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, Millie’s partner Bartje and her many friends. In accordance with Ruth’s wishes, a private family cremation service will take place. A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held on Saturday (September 12) at 2.00pm, in Christ Church, Delgany, Co. Wicklow.
