BURGESS (née Gerty) (Doreen) (late of Newtownpark House Nursing Home and Seaview Park, Shankill) - September 2, 2006, after a long illness bravely borne with strength and dignity; sadly missed by her loving husband Ken, her devoted daughters Sandra Avril and Lesley sons-in-law Michael, Todd and Paddy, her ten grandchildren Sarah, Clara, Hannah, Ashley, Erin, Aidan, Chloe, Ruth, Sydney and Luke, great-grandson Ethan, relatives and friends, especially those in Park House. Sincere thanks to Anne, Angela and the staff at Newtownpark House for the exceptional care shown to Doreen over the last twenty years. Removal on Wednesday morning at 11.30 o'clock from Collier's Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, to Newcastle Parish Church, Co. Wicklow, arriving for Service at 12 o'clock, followed by Committal Service at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross.
