Van ESBECK - Edmund, late of Dundrum, Dublin and proudly of Tramore, Co. Waterford. 21st August Peacefully, at home, in his 95th year, surrounded by love, after a long life well lived. Husband and best friend of Mary for 65 years, wonderful dad to Declan, Mary Katherine, and Geraldine, friend and father-in-law to Terry and Gail, adored and adoring grandad to Sarah (and Greg), Frank, Amy (and James), Lucy, Moya, Ned and Síofra and to his precious great grandchildren Sylvie, Emile and Amelie. Very sadly missed by his loving family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on (Monday) evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on (Tuesday) morning to the Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.30am followed by committal prayers at 1pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Harold's Cross. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
