BATTELLE - James (Jim) Died 23rd August 2025. On the first anniversary of Jim’s death, Pauline, Brian, Paul, Mark, Emer and families would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us following the sad loss of our beloved husband, dad and grandad. We are particularly grateful to all those who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence and travelled to be with us for the removal and requiem Mass. We would like to sincerely thank Mgr. Dan O’ Connor for celebrating the requiem Mass and the support shown to us all. A special word of thanks to the doctors and nurses of Tallaght University Hospital who cared for Jim with such care and kindness in recent years and particularly during his final illness. We would also like to thank Jim’s friends for the love, support and friendship shared throughout his life. It is not possible to thank everyone individually therefore please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep appreciation. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
