FARRELL - Peter (Navan Road, Dublin 7 - formerly of The Irish Times) August 9th, 2026, surrounded by his family, in the loving care of all the staff at Rathborne Nursing Home. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth and cherished father of Miriam, Elizabeth and Petrina. Sadly missed by his sons-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, extended family, friends and neighbours. May his gentle soul rest in peace. Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown tomorrow (Thursday) evening between 5pm and 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Navan Road arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
