O'REILLY - GEORGE (Seoirse) - Howth and formerly Malahide. Very peacefully on Thursday 6th August 2026. George was in his 100th year. Beloved husband of the late Kate (Catherine/Kitty). Loving father to Seoirse, Mary and John, grateful father-in-law to Mary (née Nutley) his best friend, grandfather to Shane and wife Wan Yi, Ciaran and his wife Diana, and Caitlin, great grandfather to Mateo, Lana, Tao and Lin, and very special friend to Mary’s partner Iheamnacho Cletus Ebulue. George will be sadly missed by immediate and extended family especially his niece Esther, his many friends and his wonderful neighbours. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in George's memory to The Alice Leahy Trust. House strictly private please. Funeral Mass for George will take place in the Church of the Assumption, Howth at 10am followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery extension.
