LENNON, Joan M.

LENNON - (née Kavanagh) – Joan M. (in her 94th year) – on the 20th July 2026, after a long illness at Beaumont Hospital - (Late of The Hutt, Howth, Co. Dublin and Tigín Dhó, Bunowen Beg, Connemara, Co. Galway). Sadly missed by her loving husband (of 71 years) Declan, sons Peter and Brian, daughters Nicola, Rhona, Paula and Dara and their wives Kate and Mary and husbands Niall Gaffney, Paul O’Grady and Paul Scanlon and also by her brothers John and Kevin, sisters Mary and Loretto, brother-in-law Finian Lennon (U.S.A.), her sixteen grandchildren and their partners and her six great-grandchildren and her long serving carer of fifteen years, Gemma, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

May she rest in peace

We also remember at this time her late son-in-law Patrick Waldron taken too soon in June 2024.

Requiem Mass on Thursday (23rd July) at 10.00am in St. Fintan’s Church, Sutton, Dublin 13 (D13 NN70) followed by funeral to St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton.
