MANAHAN - Patricia (Pat), Goatstown, Dublin (First Anniversary), forever loved and so dearly missed by her family, her wide circle of friends and neighbours. The family would like to thank all those who supported Patricia (Pat) in her final years and all those who extended such kindness of heart and sympathy to us after her passing. Special thanks also to the staff of Level 6 of the Beacon Hospital, HSE Public Health Nurses and her wonderful carers from InisCare.
