SHARKEY - (née DESMOND), Finola. Caher Road, Mungret, originally of Milestream, Blarney Road, Cork. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the tender care of Milford Care Centre, on 16th July, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Barry. Sadly missed by her loving children Colm, Breifni and Jean, daughter-in-law Sarah, sons-in-law Kevin and Noel, beloved grandchildren Conor, Liam, Sean, Michael, James, Maximilian and Jill, sisters Colette, Marion, Evelyn, Ursula, Josephine, Patricia and Angela, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Pre-deceased by her siblings Jeremiah and Deirdre. Rest In Peace. Reposing at St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Mungret on Friday, 17th July from 5pm to 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday, 18th July at 11am, followed by Burial in Castlemungret Cemetery, Mungret. Family flowers only please donations, if desired, to Milford Care Centre.
