MILNE - Gordon (O’Briens Bridge, Co. Clare) July 14, 2026, (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family at Milford Hospice; Beloved husband of Susan and loving father of Nicki and Jason. He will be sadly missed by his family, his daughters-in-law Claire and Laura, grandchildren Louis, Oli, Teddy and Finn, his sister Lorna and brother Hugh, extended family and friends. At peace. Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, Limerick on Friday (July 17) from 5pm-6:30pm. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday (July 18) at 11am in St Mary’s Cathedral, Limerick, followed by Cremation at Shannon Crematorium at 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to The Irish Cancer Society.

So Sad to hear of Gordon’s sudden passing. I’ll miss our chats as we walked the Back Avenue in Glenstal Abbey. He will be Sadly missed.
