BREDIN - Model Farm Road): On July 8th, 2026, peacefully, in the tender care of the staff at the Cork University Hospital, DR. CHARLES (CATHAL) BREDIN, beloved husband of Marion (née Honan), much loved dad of James, Emily and Philip, brother of Deaglán and the late Fr. Sean, Kieran and Hugh, adoring grandad of Elodie, Séamus, John, Iris, Finn, Luke and Pearl. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, daughters-in-law Molly and Cathy, son-in-law John, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Friday (July 10th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. Requiem Mass at 10.00am on Saturday (July 11th) in the Church of the Holy Spirit Dennehy’s Cross. Funeral afterwards to St. James’ Cemetery, Chetwynd.
