D'Alton, Paul Michael (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin). Passed away peacefully on his birthday, June 29, 2026, in Blackrock Hospice, surrounded by his devoted family following an illness stoically borne. Beloved husband and best friend of Anne, and loving father of Gavin, Jane and Eve. Paul was deeply loved; will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his wife, children, daughter-in-law Louise, and his cherished grandchildren Oliver, Isaac, and Elliot, his brother-in-law Paddy Coleman, sister-in-law Lorna Coleman, nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral Service to Celebrate Paul’s life will be held in the Maritime Museum, Haig Terrace, Dun Laoghaire this morning (Wednesday, July 1) at 11 am. A private cremation will take place later. No Flowers please. Donations, if desired, to the Blackrock Hospice.
