BROPHY-MACKEN, Helen (Castleknock, Dublin and formerly of Stradbally, Co. Laois and ex. H.S.E.), May 27, 2017, (peacefully) and surrounded by her family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Highfield Healthcare, after a long illness patiently and serenely borne. Much loved wife of John Macken, sister of John (Sean) Brophy and aunt of Peter, Diarmaid, GrĂ¡inne and Deirdre. Deeply regretted by her loving husband, brother, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and many friends. R.I.P. Reposing at Cunningham's Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown this (Monday) evening from 6.00 o'c until 8.00 o'clock Removal to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock tomorrow (Tuesday) morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.30 o'c followed by burial in Oakvale cemetery, Stradbally, Co. Laois arriving at 3.30 o'c approx. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer's Society of Ireland.
