O'CONNOR, Fr. Desmond, (St. Patrick's Missionary Society, Kiltegan, Co. Wicklow, and formerly of Ogoja Diocese, Nigeria and Our Lady of the Lake Parish, Mount Arlington, New Jersey, USA), January 10, 2018 in Morristown Hospital NJ, after a brief illness, R.I.P. Predeceased by his parents, Bridie and Tommy O'Connor, late of Wolfe Tone St. Sligo and his brother, Donal; deeply regretted by his brothers, Kevin (Malahide) and Brendan (Sligo), his sister, Sr. Marianne OSU, his sisters-in-law, Vera, Betty and Helen, his nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, by his relatives, by his St. Patrick's Society family, by Bishop Arthur J. Serratelli and the priests of Paterson Diocese, parishioners and by his many friends. Reposing at St Patrick's, Kiltegan, tomorrow (Friday) with removal to St Patrick's Chapel at 5.30 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Saturday (January 20) at 12.00 noon followed by burial in the Society Cemetery.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam uasal.
