Uí CHANAINN, (née Ní Neachtain) Áine (Foxrock, Dublin 18, Spiddal, Co. Galway and former teacher at Scoil Lorcáin, Monkstown) August 22, 2021. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the great care of all the staff at Ashford House Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the recently deceased Aodh and devoted mother of Órla, Míde and Colm. Pre-deceased by brothers and sisters Peadar, Mary, Maggie, Jude, Máirtín, Bríd, Nóra and Baib. Sadly missed by her daughters, son, sons-in-law Peter and Laurence, daughter-in-law Margaret, her adored grandchildren Hanan, Luán, Iosef, Sadhbh, Éabha and Fiadh, her sister Phil, extended family and friends. May she rest in peace. Due to current government restrictions, a family funeral will take place privately, but can be viewed online on Friday (August 27th 2021) at 11.00 am using the following link: https://www.churchservices.tv/foxrock.
