O'CONNOR Pat (Patrick William) - November 21, 2014 (Greystones, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Ballsbridge, ex-IBM and HEA), peacefully after a courageous battle, in the tender care of Dargle Valley Nursing Home, Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow); dearly loved husband of Jean, wonderful devoted Dad of Louise and John fun-loving Pops to Devin and Conor. Very sadly missed by son-in-law Sean, brothers Peter and John, sisters-in-law BeaAnne, Mary and Anne, nieces Maria, Tara and Sarah, nephews Michael, William and Robert; and a wide circle of extended family, friends and colleagues. Pat's exceptional humour, kindness, loyalty and passion for life will be missed by everyone who knew him, and his passing has left a void in our lives that can never be filled. Resting at home from 2pm to 8pm tomorrow (Tuesday). Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Greystones, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Cancer Research. Donation box at rear of church.

<p>Pat</p> <p>Jean and family, sorry to hear of the sudden passing of Pat. He will be remembered by a wide range of people who were lucky enough to come into contact with him. His time in IBM was legendary and he made a huge contribution to the company over many years and those of us fortunate enough to work with him are better off as a result. Best wishes to all of the family for a long life and one filled of good and fun memories. David Cornick </p>
