FITZGERALD - Anthony (Tony), (Camolin, Co. Wexford). On this the First Anniversary of Tony’s death on July 6, 2020, his wife Eily and their family, Fiona, Hilary, David and Colm, their spouses and families and his brother Jack, would like to thank everyone who so kindly sympathised with them. Thank you to those who, while socially distancing, travelled long distances to attend the wake and Mass in Camolin and the Crematorium in Glasnevin and to those who joined us for the service online. We thank you for the numerous Mass bouquets, letters, phone calls and texts to each of us. Our thanks must also go to the Consultant, Doctors, Nurses, catering and cleaning staff in St. Vincent’s Hospital, who looked after Tony during the week he was there. Our heartfelt thanks also go to Dr. Brian O’Doherty, Gorey, for his professionalism and good humour in his care of Tony. We also thank Fr. Joe Kavanagh, P.P. Camolin for the lovely Mass he celebrated with us, to Dermot Nestor for the service at the crematorium and to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their sensitive handling of all aspects of the funeral. Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
