HALSE-HUGGARD Stephanie peacefully at home in St. Davids, West Wales on February 17, 2018, aged 68 years after a long and often painful illness. Much loved wife of David and sister of Valerie and the late Dorothy. Friend to many. Born in Belfast of Dublin parents. Scholar of Methodist College Belfast. Graduate of Durham University. One time Mayor of St. Davids and City Councillor. Lover of languages, literature and art. She never ceased from exploration.
