GATELY - Elaine (née Kelly) (Booterstown and St. Fagans, Cardiff) - September 25, 2024 (peacefully) in the care of the staff at Marie Curie Hospice, Penarth, Cardiff. Elaine; beloved wife of Seamus. Much loved mother of Aoife, Conor, Gareth (deceased), and Shane and beloved Nannie of Millie, Ella, Erin, Finley, Isaac, Declan, Hugo and Niamh. Sadly missed by her son-in-law Roland, daughters-in-law, Suzanne and Samantha, relatives, neighbours, and friends. Remembered by her brother Jim and sisters Sheelagh and Blonny, sister-in-law, and brothers-in-law, (predeceased by parents, Teresa and Jack and brother, John).

Funeral Mass, October 10, (Thursday) 2pm, to Holy Family Church, Fairwater, Cardiff. Afterwards to Western Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations to Marie Curie.

So sorry to hear of Elaine’s death. Sincere condolences to her family. I knew her as a classmate in Muckross College. Also, girl guides and Irish College in Ballingeary and then Stella House. Rest in Peace Elaine

So sorry to hear of Elaine's death. We were in the same class in school at Muckross. I remember Elaine as a lot of fun. We met in recent years at a school reunion. Sympathies to her family.
