CHADWICK Gerald (Gerry) (Sandyford, Dublin 18, Past Captain, Killiney Golf Club) May 25, 2017. Peacefully, in the loving care of all the staff at Ferndene Nursing Home, Blackrock. Beloved husband of the late Patricia and Marie, father of the late Niall. Very sadly missed by his daughter Laura, son Peter, son-in-law Denis, daughter-in-law Kate, grandchildren Isabella and Kevin ; Luke and Ben; Tunde, extended family, relatives and friends. Funeral Service next Wednesday afternoon (May 31) at 1.30pm in Tullow Parish Church, Brighton Road, Carrickmines, Dublin 18. followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6w. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to The Asthma Society of Ireland.
