SCANLON, Dr.John M. (Tullamore, Co. Offaly and formerly of Ballygar, Co. Galway) - November 24, 2013, at Carthage Nursing Home, Mucklagh, Tullamore, predeceased by his wife, Breda; deeply regretted by his daughters Dr. Fiona (Moriarty) (Blackrock) and Vonnie (Doyle), sons Dermot and Dr. Declan, brother Brian (Dublin), grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at Carthage Nursing Home this afternoon from 4pm until Rosary at 6pm. Removal this evening to the Church of The Assumption Tullamore arriving at 7pm for Funeral prayers. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10am. Burial afterwards in Clonminch Cemetery.
