We would like to thank Fr Karl who prayed with us at the time of Cyril’s death, celebrated his funeral Mass and led us in prayer at his cremation in Glasnevin. Your presence, guidance, and support is much appreciated. Our thanks to Cunningham Funeral Directors for their professionalism and support at that time. We would like to thank Prof Oscar Breathnach and his team, the staff in the Day Oncology Ward at Beaumont Hospital and all at the Bons Secours Hospital, Glasnevin. Your medical and emotional support for Cyril throughout his illness will never be forgotten. We remember too the wonderful care Cyril received from Dr Fergal and Dr Nick, the Public Health Nurses and the Palliative Care team. A special thank you to the Irish Cancer Society Nightnurse, Brid, and to Louise and her colleagues from Right at Home. Collectively, your kindness, sensitivity and loving care of Cyril and us all made his journey from this world to the next easy for him. Cyril is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by us all. A Mass will be offered for all of you and your families.
