BALFE -

George (Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin), December 11, 2025. Peacefully in the kind care of the staff of St. Vincent's Private Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Brigid. George will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his cherished children Jocelyn, Nicola, Daryl, Cillian, Evelyn and Simon; his daughters-in-law Wendy, Amanda and Ciara; Nicolas partner Dave; his grandchildren Ben, Rebecca, George, Henry, Daniel, Annabelle, Rose, Noah, Margot and Ruby; his extended family and many friends. George will be reposing on Monday (December 15) from 5pm to 7pm in Fanagans Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94XK28. Funeral Mass on Tuesday ( December 16) at 10am in St. Patricks Church, Monkstown followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the Church webcam. Sympathy messages for Georges family can be left on RIP.
