PHELAN Brendan (London and Waterford), February 18, 2017, (peacefully) in the tender care of the staff of St. Bartholomew's Hospital. Deeply missed by his loving wife Anne and adored daughters Rachel and Sarah. Mourned by his parents, Helen and Richard, brothers and sisters, Declan, Cíara, Richard and Noemi, sister-in-law, brothers-in- law, his nephews and nieces. Sadly missed by his extended family, relatives, Anne's family and his friends and colleagues. Cremation ceremony at 2.30pm on Friday, March 3, at City of London Crematorium followed by a funeral Mass in Waterford later in the spring.
