de COURCY, (née Gorevan), Sheila, (Ranelagh, Dublin), 9 December 2024, peacefully, in her 99th year, surrounded by her family and in the exceptional care of the team in Gascoigne House nursing home. Beloved wife of the late Seán; much loved Mum of Mary, Michael (deceased), Catherine, Sheila, Brigie and Anna; cherished grandma of Eoin, Matthew, Emma, Sally, Rosanna, Jessie, James, Kate and Michael, and of great-grandsons Luke, Danny, Arthur and Brody. Always affectionately remembered by her daughter-in-law, Yvonne and sons-in-law, Gabriel, John (deceased), Bill, Kevin and Seamus, extended family, nieces and nephews and their families, her friends, neighbours, those who cared for her in recent years and all who knew her. Reposing at her family home from 5-7pm on Thursday 12 December. Funeral Mass at 11am on Friday 13 December in Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue, followed by burial in Deansgrange Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Irish Therapy Dogs. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam Dílis. Carpe Diem
