GALVIN - Edward Patrick (Paddy), (Dundrum and Cork), as we reflect on the first anniversary of Paddy's death (30 August 2022), we his children, Imelda, Regina, Orla and Grant together with the extended family wish to express our heartfelt appreciation and thanks to all those who supported us before and after Dad's death. Sincere thanks to all those who called to the house, attended the funeral and sent messages, cards, letters and online condolences to us. It gave us great comfort to know how many people had such special memories of Dad. A special thank you to Dad's G.P. Dr Oisín McPhillips; to Annemarie Woods and her wonderful team who looked after Dad and us with such great kindness during the too short time he spent in Newtownpark House Nursing Home; to Balally Health Centre team; and to our home carers. Thank you to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their kindness and professionalism; to Fr John Bracken and the Funeral Ministry team at Holy Cross Church, Dundrum; and to Dad's nephew Fr Maurice O'Mahony who celebrated the funeral mass. Finally a special thank you to Dad's very kind neighbours of over sixty years in Dundrum.

We hope all will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.

Always missed but forever in our hearts
