HALLIGAN, Michael (Templeville Drive, Terenure and late of Old Court House, Manor Kilbride, Co Wicklow) died November 21, 2011 - Michael's wife Maureen, sons Aidan, Peter, Karl, daughters Ursula, Maurita, and Noírín and thirteen grandchildren wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all who supported and sympathised with them on the death of a beloved husband and father. We also extend appreciation to our relatives, friends and wonderful neighbors for their kindness, support and friendship, to those who sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy, those who visited our home, phoned, and attended the removal and funeral Mass, many of whom traveled long distances. We are particularly grateful for the kindness and assistance provided by Very Rev Fr. Aquinas Duffy (Parish Priest St Pius X Church, Templeogue) who attended, Michael at his home over the past 3 and half years, officiated at the Funeral Mass and for his kind words and prayers which in every way was a celebration of Michael's wonderful life. A kind word of thanks also to Fr Peter Raftery CSSP, Fr Francis Mulloy CSSP, Fr Michael Guckian OMI and Brid McGuinness Minister of the Eucharist, Commandant Michael Treacy, Aide-de-Camp to an Taoiseach Enda Kenny, Prof Bernard Walsh, Dr Colin Doherty, (St James's Hospital) and Dr Kevin MacPartlin and staff at the Cypress Clinic, Templeogue. A special word of thanks and gratitude to the Crumlin Home Care Service, HSE all of whom made it possible for us to care for Michael in the home that he loved. The beautiful music was provided by Margaret Eustace (Soprano) Manor Kilbride and Liz O'Neill violinist. Our grateful thanks to Clarke's Funeral Directors (Blessington) and their team for their sensitivity, professionalism and dignity. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. The Months Mind Mass, will be held in St. Pius X Church, Templeogue on January 1.May Michael's gentle soul rest in peace
