KIRWAN, Padraic, ('San Therese', Jerpoint Church, and Goatsbridge Trout Farm, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny), Saturday, February 24, in the care of the Matron and Staff at Gowran Abbey Nursing Home, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his family - loving wife Rita (née McEvoy) and children Brideen and Gerard (Thomastown), Pat (Durrow), Angela Slattery (Narraghmore), Maura Hughes (Belturbet) and Liz Comboy (Knutsford, UK); brother Seán (Newbliss), sister Bernie McDonald (Cork), brother-in-law Tommy O'Halloran (Mullinahone), his 15 grandchildren, daughters and sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his home at Goatsbridge from 2pm today (Monday), with removal to the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass celebrating Padraic's life at 12 noon tomorrow (Tuesday) followed by interment at St. Mary's New Cemetery, Thomastown. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
