LYONS, With deep regret, the family announce the death of Máirín Lyons, late of Harold's Cross and formerly Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow, on 1st March, 2024. Pre-deceased by her parents Eileen and Brendan and her brothers Ig, Gay and Brendan Jnr. She will be sadly missed by her family, including nephews, nieces, god-children, sister-in-law, grandnephews and grandnieces. She will be fondly remembered by her wonderful circle of great friends and by those who cared for her in recent years, including Sandra, Martina and the wonderful team at St Gladys Nursing Home. May she rest in peace. Funeral will take place on Wednesday (6th March) in St. Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus, at 10am followed by cremation in Mount Jerome (Victorian Chapel) arriving at 11.30am.
