PURCELL, Paddy (Rathfarnham) - 2nd November 2023. Peacefully in the company of his loving family while in the tender care of the doctors and nurses at Tallaght University Hospital. Forever loved and remembered by his wife Terri, daughter Saoirse, son-in-law Mick, his brother John, sister Anne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, and friends. Paddy was predeceased by his brother Dick. The family wish to thank the staff of Kiltipper Woods Care Centre, for the excellent care provided to Paddy, as he bore his long illness with characteristic humour. Especially the carers who were his friends and gave him wonderful support, care, and plenty of laughs. Paddy will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham (D14 WO29) today (Monday) 6th November from 3 pm to 5 pm. Funeral Mass will take place in the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar at 12:00 pm tomorrow (Tuesday) 7th November, followed by cremation at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W.
