MURPHY - John A. (late of Leopardstown Gardens, Dublin and Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, February 10, 2020).

On our beloved John’s first anniversary, we his family, Eleanor, Niall, Maria, John-Gerard, Brenda, Graham and Tara wish to acknowledge and to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised with us on our sad loss. We appreciate all who travelled to be with us, offered practical and emotional support, sent cards, beautiful messages of sympathy, reached out and continue to reach out to us in so many different ways. Especially in these difficult times of restrictions, your kindness is providing a great source of comfort and strength to us.

A special word of thanks to John’s former friends and colleagues at Trinity Business School and Manchester Business School, to Professor Carney and the medical staff at the Mater Private Hospital and later at Blackrock Hospice, to Fr Stephen Farragher and Fr Paul Walsh.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The holy sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
