SMITH, (née Jones), Carmel (Churchtown, Dublin) 7th December 2024, peacefully, at home. Beloved wife of the late Liam and much loved mother of Mark, Adrian and Carol-Ann. Very sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Laura, adored grandchildren Poppy and Angus, brothers Lar, John and Brendan, sisters-in-law Helena, Monica, Kathleen, Anna and Eileen, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends from her career and her many interests and activities. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Wednesday evening (11th December) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning (12th December) to the Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.30am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
