McDONAGH (née O'Farrell; Limerick) - September 25, 2010 (peacefully) at St John's Hospital. Philomena (Phyllis) (6 Courtbrack Terrace, South Circular Road late Phoenix Assurance Company and Metcalfe Lilburn and Enright Accountants). Beloved wife of the late Owen, dearly loved mother of Anne, David and Owen. Sadly missed by her loving family, Rachel and Lana, her beloved grandchildren Erin and Daniel, brother Tommy, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Requiem Mass today (Tuesday) at 11am in St Mary's Church, funeral afterwards to Mount St Oliver Cemetery.
