McDONNELL - Fidelma (née Benson) (Crannóg, Lake Road, Loughrea, Co. Galway; January, 21, 2022, peacefully at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. Beloved wife of sixty years and best friend to Ted, much loved mother of Tadhg, Félim, Davnet

and Maeve, dearly loved sister of Fergus and the late Jarlath, Maura and Attracta. Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law Cathal McLysaght and Peter McNamara, daughters-in-law Karina (Downes) and

Margaret (Cox), adored grandchildren, Tim, Kate, Brian; Conor, Kevin, Alannah, Laoise; Brian, Aoife, Finn; Rory and Keira, brother-in-aw Donal, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends. Funeral took place on Monday, January 22 at

St Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea with burial afterwards in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations if desired to Society of St Vincent de Paul, Loughrea.
