BRENNAN, Alice (St. Anthony's, Monadreen, Thurles) - Denise and Stephanie wish to acknowledge all those who sympathised with and supported them at the time of Alice's death last year. We would like to thank our friends, relatives and colleagues who attended her reposing or requiem mass, sent flowers, cards and messages of support. Thank you to our great Thurles neighbours for continued reminiscences and support. We sincerely thank all those who officiated at or participated in the funeral especially, Fr. Hayes and Fr. Hennessy, the Cathedral Funeral Choir and Ann-Marie Dwan, organist. We thank Hugh Ryan funeral directors for their professionalism and care. A special thank you to Professor Seamus O'Reilly and his team in CUH, the staff in the Dunmanway Day Unit and Adrian Hickey in Radiotherapy for looking after Alice during her illness in such a respectful and understanding way. We thank Sadie Hayden who brought communion to Alice during her illness, Dr Declan Lawless, Mary and Margaret at The Mall surgery and Kate Kennedy and staff in Liberty Pharmacy. Our sincere thanks to Marie Murray, PHN and the Tipperary Hospice Teams. We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to Mary O'Connor and all the staff at Acorn Lodge Nursing Home for their great care and understanding of Alice in the last months of her life. A tree was planted to celebrate her love of life on her anniversary. At this time of year, we also remember our dad Fintan, whose Twentieth Anniversary occurs next week.
