CUNNEEN - (née Berkery) - Máire. (24 December, 2025) (late of Donnybrook, Dublin 4, Kilbrittain County Cork and Dún Chaoin, Co Kerry). Predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank. Remembering Máire with love on her birthday on 17 May. We her family, her children Brian and Claire, her grandchildren Hugo and Felix, daughter-in-law Claire, son-in-law Jonathan, brother Gabriel, brother-in-law and sisters- in- law, nieces and nephews and all our extended family wish to thank everyone who sympathised and supported us on our sad loss. We would especially like to express our sincere thanks to Monsignor Ciarán OCarroll for his spiritual guidance and support and for celebrating Máires Funeral Mass. We would like to thank Neal Massey and his colleagues at Ron Massey & Sons Undertakers for their care and attention. We are also grateful for the kindness, support and dedicated care provided to Máire by her GP, Dr David Kelly, all the Bluebird carers, the HSE Community Care Team in Donnybrook and the staff at the Royal Hospital and St Vincents Hospital over the last number of years of her illness, as well as the Blackrock Hospice Palliative Home team during Máires final days. We are grateful to her friend Reyhaneh for her kindness, care and support in recent times. We would also like to express our gratitude to all her friends and neighbours in Dublin, Kilbrittain and Dún Chaoin and to her former work colleagues for your kindness and friendship over her lifetime. We wish to thank all those who attended her Funeral Mass in person and online, and for all the kind messages of sympathy and Mass cards. We especially appreciated the personal memories of Máire which so many who knew her well shared with us. Máire is deeply missed by all of us and forever in our thoughts. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
