McCANN Edward J. - November 23, 2013, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Will be sadly missed by his loving wife Ann and by his adoring daughters Ciara, Áine, Aoife, Fiadhnait. A huge loss to all of his grandchildren; Aoife, Clodagh, Aifric, Barra, Caoimhe, Neasa and Tadhg. Sadly missed by his sisters, sons-in-law, his sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, his nephews, nieces and many friends. Reposing at his home today, Monday from 6pm to 8pm, proceeding to Mount Jerome Crematorium arriving tomorrow, Tuesday at 3pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Irish Hospice Foundation.
McCANN, Edward (Foxrock) November 23, 2013 - On this the First Anniversary of Eddie's death, his wife Ann, his daughters Ciara, Aine, Aoife and Fiadhnait would like to thank most sincerely our extended family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support during his illness and after his sad loss. We thank everyone for their cards, letters, visits and for attending the funeral Service. A special word of appreciation to Dr. Clement McCory our GP, Blackrock palliative care team and the beautiful music provided by Maeve and Una at the Service. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
