I worked with Jimmy in the old Royal Bank in 1962 and onwards. It was always a great joy to meet him and to discuss the world. He had a delightful whimsical outlook on life and left people very happy on meeting him. I also remember his letters to the Irish Times with a happy smile. May he rest in peace.
