GALLAGHER, Evelyn

GALLAGHER - Evelyn (née McLoughlin) (Stillorgan, Co. Dublin) May 12, 2026. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Cairn Hill Nursing Home, Foxrock. Beloved wife of the late Seán and devoted mother of Maeve (ORegan) and the late Liam. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, son-in-law Padraic, granddaughter Eleanor and grandson Seán. She was the beloved sister of Bernie (Connerty), Ursula (Riordan), Micheál and the late Maura (Meade), Malachy and Frank. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces,

grand-nephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephew, extended family and friends. Evelyn will be reposing on Monday (May 18) from 5pm to 7pm in Fanagans Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94 XK28). Funeral Mass on Tuesday (May 19) at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. For those that cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the link on RIP. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Society of St Vincent de Paul.
