REA - Eilish (née McCabe) (A proud Northerner, late of Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Kilmacud, Co. Dublin, Belfast, Co. Antrim and Marian College) December 10, 2025, peacefully, in her 103rd year, in the exceptional care of all the staff at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray. Beloved wife of the late Jim, cherished mother of Miriam and Seán, adored by her grandchildren Jim, Eóin and Donal; Cormac, Emer, Fiona, Patrick and Conal and dearly loved and by her great-grandchildren; lovingly remembered by her son-in-law Gerry, daughter-in-law Colette, nieces and nephews, especially Dolores, Mairead and Margaret, grandnieces, grandnephews and by her extended family and cherished friend Geraldine. Predeceased by her sister Máire and brother Eamon. Reposing in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray tomorrow (Friday) from 4.00pm-6.00pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday (December 13) at 10.00am in St. Mochonogs Church, Kilmacanogue followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Samaritans.
