BATT, John Charles (Rathfarnham, Dublin) February 6, 2019 (peacefully) at Clonskeagh Hospital. Beloved husband of Esther and much loved father of William and Sam. He will be sadly missed by his family, his sisters Angela, Elizabeth, Paula, Lucinda and Miriam, his brother Billy, daughters-in-law Deirdre and Laura, grandchildren Jack, Bronagh, Clara, Autumn-Rose and Philip, brothers-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing on Sunday afternoon at Clonskeagh Community Nursing Unit Chapel, Vergemount, between 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of St. Joseph, Terenure arriving at 10.50 am for Requiem Mass at 11.00 am followed by burial at Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross. House strictly private.

I'm truly sorry to hear about John's death, and send my sincere sympathy to his family, especially to Paula, Angela, Liz, Lu, and Billy. I remember him fondly from our days as teenagers in Terenure. May he rest in peace. Mags O'Grady
