Mc NULTY, Carmel, (née Delaney) 8 Hillside, Knock, Ennis Road, Limerick. February 18, 2011 - A year has passed since Carmel slipped gently from our love. Joe, Niall, Orla and the Mc Nulty and Delaney families sincerely thank our many friends, neighbours and relatives who have supported us in our painful loss. Our thanks to Fr. T. Carroll and Dom Richard Purcell O.C.S.O. who concelebrated the Mass; also Fr. T. Ryan P.P., Fr. R. Davoren, Fr. J. Daly, the parishioners and congregation of Christ the King Caherdavin - a church much loved by Carmel. Thanks to all who travelled, sent Mass cards, attended the removal and made donations to the Alzheimer's Society. Grateful thanks to Thompson Undertakers for their professionalism and kindness and Olive and Molly for the beautiful singing and music. Our deep appreciation and thanks to the medical staff, Prof. T. Peirce, Dr. M. Watts, Dr. A. M. Meany, Dr. B. Sweeney, Dr. M. Shinkwin and Dr. M. Flynn her G.P. who gave such dedicated care to Carmel during her long illness; The Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word at Carrigoran House where Carmel was resident for over two years and all the nursing staff and carers at St. Theresa's Unit, the palliative care team from Milford Hospice who provided such comfort for us during Carmel's final weeks and which allowed her to remain in Carrigoran, the Limerick Alzheimer's Society who's great work enriches our community and empowers the many victims of this debilitating disease and their families to cope with its most difficult challenges. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions."Those we love don't go away,
they walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed, and very dear."
