Very sadly missed by his mother Odette, his children Darry, Merlyn and Kai, his grandson Tyler, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon from 2.00 o'c until 6.00 o'clock Funeral Service on Thursday afternoon at 1.30 o'c in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross followed by Cremation.</p>

<p>Words for an old childhood friend ...</p> <p>Dear Family Reed</p> <p>My name is Raymond Swart, I was a childhood friend of Dom here in Switzerland. We lived next door and spent part of our youth together. I even visited Dom, Isabel and of course Odette and still remember it very well. Dom also visited me spontaneously in Switzerland, but that was long time ago. By coincidence and unfortunately delayed, the internet brought this sad message of Dom to me. It is very important for me to send you my dearest greetings and my compassion. Dom was always in my thoughts and i will always remember him.</p> <p>Odette, Isabel and of course the whole family of Dom, which unfortunately I could never get to know.
