ROUGHAN Deenie Regina (née McDowell Dublin) ,("Banyul" Glencar Rd,. Lettterkenny, Co. Donegal) April 30, 2020, peacefully at the Donegal Hospice, beloved wife of Barry, devoted mother of Colm (U.S.A.), Gavin (Letterkenny), Siobhan Roughan (Bangor Co. Down) and Neasa Roughan (Edinburgh). Deeply regretted by her husband, sons and daughters, sisters Gale Menzies (Roundwood) and Caro Tulloch (Edinburgh) daughters-in-law Niamh and Louise, sons-in-law Mick and Richard, grandchildren, relatives and friends. In compliance with current Government and HSE guidelines, Wake and Cremation strictly private to family only. Cremation will take place at Lakelands Crematorium Cavan. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if wished, to the Donegal Hospice c/o of Paschal Blake Funeral Director, Stoney Arch, New Line Road, Letterkenny. (0868862342). <p>Life is so short!</p> <p>It was with great personal regret that I learnt of Deenies death. We were very close when our two families spent time in Kells in the 1950's but with my strict upbringing warning me to beware of girls, Barry jumped in and grabbed her first. He was so lucky! She was a wonderful girl. We will miss her.</p>
