JOHNSTON - Julian (The Baily, Circular Road, Galway) - The family, Ann, Peter, Hilary and his sister Margot wish to thank everyone most sincerely for the many expressions of sympathy and support we have received since Julian’s death. Thanks to those who sent letters, cards, flowers and emails. To those who travelled long distances we are most grateful and to our neighbours and friends who have been so kind. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the expertise, care and kindness shown to Julian by the wonderful nurses and staff in St. Jarlaths, Bons Secours Hospital, Galway. A special word of thanks to Dr Mullane. Many thanks also to those who sent contributions to CROI, whose classes were a great resource and help over the last number of years. Our thanks to the undertakers O’Flahertys for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements. Our gratitude to Julian’s friend Fr Patsy, who spent so much time with us preparing for the Funeral Mass which he celebrated with Fr Downey PP and Fr Frank Larkin. It was a very moving and meaningful Mass and Fr Patsy's reflective words when speaking of Julian were very comforting. The Holy sacrifice of Mass has been offered for your intentions.
