O'SULLIVAN/BUTLER - Kay (Phibsborough Dublin 7 and late of Inniscarra & Bishopstown Cork), While marking Kay’s First Anniversary (September 5, 2022), Kay's family, Cormac, Senan, Ailbhe, Kevin, her brother Tom and the extended O'Sullivan and Butler families sincerely thank everybody who reached out to us during a difficult time.

We appreciate and will always remember those who came to our home and to Kay’s funeral, especially those who travelled long distances, and to those who sent messages of condolence, called or wrote to share their memories of Kay.

Special thanks to Prof Ray McDermott and team at St Vincents Private Hospital, to St Francis Hospice Blanchardstown and Raheny and to all Kay’s carers who minded her so well.

We thank everybody in Dunnes Stores and all in CLG Na Fianna Glasnevin for their extraordinary support and generosity.

Our thanks to Fr Eamon Devlin CM and St Peter’s Phibsborough for the celebration of Kay’s life, to the musicians who performed at her funeral and to Martin Tynan Funerals for their professionalism.

A light has gone out in our lives and we miss Kay every day in so many ways but your kindness and compassion has been a huge support to us over the last twelve months.
