O'CONNELL (Ballydehob, Co. Cork) - January 13, 2017 aged 89, Jack, surrounded by his family. beloved husband, father, grandad, brother and uncle. With characteristic generosity Jack has donated his body to medical research. There will be a Humanist Tribute and farewell on Monday, January 23 at 2.00 pm at the Community Hall, Ballydehob, Co. Cork. No flowers. Donations in memory to NCBI or the Friends of Bantry General Hospital. Enquiries to schullbooks@eircom.net.
