ELLIS Phil (Terenure, Dublin - January 19, 2012). On the occasion of our mother Phil's Month's Mind, the family would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who supported us during Phil's illness. Thank you to the dedicated care team at the Harvey Nursing Home, Terenure, to Dr. Tony Peacock and to the Hospice Palliative Care Team. Thanks to Fr. Hugh O'Donnell who officiated at the funeral Mass and to the musicians who played so beautifully and eloquently. Thank you to all who attended Phil's funeral and to those who sent letters of condolence, Mass cards and telephone messages. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
