DARBY - June 2, 2012, peacefully at home after an illness, 61 Strand Road, Portstewart, John, R.I.P. Dearly loved husband of Marie, loving father of Patrick and Michael and brother of Aileen and Patrick. Funeral Mass in St Mary's Star of the Sea Church, Portstewart on Wednesday at 11.00am followed by interment in Ballywillan Cemetery, Portrush. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Marie Curie Care c/o Miss Charlene Wade, 3 Upper Abbey Street, Coleraine, BT52 1BF. Deeply regretted by all his family and friends.

My own family will also long remember the warm Irish welcome we received when we visited Portstewart and Kate played a command concert from the balcony!
