July 7, 1963 - December 26, 2023. Loved son of Valerie (nee Sherwood) and the late Dr J. R. (Ron) Ayers. Loving father of Natasha, Rebecca, Nathaniel and Joseph. Loved brother of Fiona, Rose, Viv and Katie. On behalf of his Irish Family, friends, colleagues and patients, his kindness touched so many. He will be long remembered with affection. RIP Kent. I'm beyond shocked and saddened to only just hear of Kents passing. We owe everything to this man who guided us through the hardest journey with so many laughs along the way. An absolute hero and incredible doctor- Rest in peace Kent- Love from Sandy, Rosco and especially Layla and Marnie who wouldn't be here without you x

My condolences to Suzanne and Kent's extended family. Kent was a talented, caring and kind Dr. He went above and beyond in his treatment of his patients. His compassion was second to none. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.

I'm so upset to hear about Kents passing and condolences to Suzanne and his family. His legacy will live on for many years in the beautiful, much loved children he helped bring into the world. I wouldn't have the life I have now without him. I will forever remember you.

I was told today this wonderful gentleman passed away he worked as our consultant in Eastbourne East Sussex and everyone loved him and respected him and when he left to go and work in Ireland

I woke up this morning and although we haven't been in touch for a long time, I knew you had gone. You saved us when we lost our precious girl and went on to save our big boy too. You gave us hope when we wanted to give up. I idolised you and you hated it, but you had no idea what you did for us. Look out for our Ella Dr Lovely and rest in peace now x
